Wrap Ups

Reading Wrap Up – June 2019

I finished six books this month and most of them were on my kindle! I had two ARCs, one from Netgalley and one from Edelweiss.

The books I chose this month mostly seemed to be in the same sort of vein story-wise in that they were based on mythology, stories or retellings. It was completely accidental and I only noticed it when I looked through my reading list to take a photo! Having the ‘theme’ was actually quite fun though and I really enjoyed most of the books I read this month!

I tried to step a little outside my comfort zone and read a contemporary book this month. I want to try and do that more often as it was fun to try something new. I’d love some different recommendations!

I read:

Hart & Seoul – 3 stars

The Twisted Tree – 4 stars

The Hazel Wood – 5 stars

A Curse So Dark & Lonely – 5 stars

The Beholder – 3.5 stars

The Memory Thief – 3 stars

Some of the reviews for these are up on here already, and the rest will be coming soon!

What did you read this month?
